Dr. Efraim Zuroff: My Life As a Nazi Hunter

For the past 37 years, Dr. Efraim Zuroff has been actively involved in the worldwide efforts to bring Nazi war criminals to trial. He began his career as the sole researcher in Israel for the Office of Special Investigations of the U.S. Justice Department, and he has served as the coordinator of Nazi war crimes research worldwide for the Simon Wiesenthal Center since 1986. His efforts influenced the passage of special laws in several countries enabling the prosecution of Nazi war criminals. He is currently the director of the Center’s Israel Office in Jerusalem.
