Upper Arlington Kidsfest Presented by Vaughan Music Studios!

We are excited to have announce our 4th Annual Upper Arlington Kidsfest presented by Vaughan Music Studios (VMS) on April 8th from 5-8PM! This is a unique family community event.

2 Registration Options for the event - FREE - Hurry will fill up fast:

1. OPTION #1: CHARACTER VISIT PASS + MYSTERY CUPCAKE + VIP BAG - LIMIT 60 per hour (Total of 150 cupcakes. 1 registration per family): Special character visit includes a visit with either a princess or superhero , ability to take a social distanced picture. Then each child will receive a Mystery Cupcake. Some cupcakes will have green or yellow sticker underneath. Green tickets spin the wheel to win a prize, yellow tickets win a small bag of candy! Everyone wins : ). Afterwards visit our balloon artist for a fun balloon animal or design!! If we run out of cupcakes you can still get a sticker to win a prize (limit 200 total prizes) - Cupcakes are based on availability. May run out before all registrations are honored.
2. OPTION #2: GENERAL ENTRY - LIMIT 40 Per hour (1 registration good for up to 4 people) : Normal attendance to the event, get to experience the music, fun, shopping and more!

VIP Bag (included with all Character Visits - 1 per family - first 150): All VIP bags Includes a FREE small popcorn to Phoenix Theatres + FIRST 25 will receive a free movie ticket! Also receive $10 Power card voucher or $20 for $20 coupon from Dave & Busters, hand sanitizer, Texas Roadhouse Kids Meal Coupon, BOGO lazer tag pass to Lazer Kraze, street chalk, and more!

What to do / What to find: Help support local businesses by visiting their booths, find shopping at over 15+ shops & find neat things for you or your home. Free cookies & cotton candy (first 150), live on stage entertainment with music from VMS performers or princess / superhero, balloon artist, win prizes, and pony rides (small charge for pony rides). In addition find resources for your family, summer camps, and more!

How it works: Safe, outdoor event with a 1-way walkthru and limited # of attendees by 60 minutes. You enter and exit at separate areas and get to walk through our "magical 1 way path" to see all the neat things with your family. To help with the demand for attendance, Character Visit and VIP Entry Bag Passes are highly encouraged - will likely fill up through pre-registration. You only need 1 per registration per family.

Character Visit Times (5PM - 8PM):

Character Visit Times + Mystery Cupcake (limit 60 families per hour )

• 5PM - 6PM: Character Visit + Mystery Cupcake + VIP Bag - 1st entry time
• 6PM- 7PM: Character Visit + Mystery Cupcake (while supplies last) +VIP Bag - 2nd entry time
• 7PM - 8PM: Character Visit - 3rd entry time

Receive: Character Visit + Social Distanced Picture Opportunity + Mystery Cupcake (or sticker 150 cupcakes + 50 additional stickers) + Prizes + VIP Entry Bag (VIP Bag 5 & 6PM Entry times)!

Support Local Businesses: Please be sure to stop by the event to reconnect with local area businesses, shop, purchase items and more! Also find hand sanitizer, and other PPE for sale : ).

How it works:

Step 1: Click on Register (you only need 1 per family)

Step 2: Register for the Character Visit, Mystery Cupcake, and VIP Entry Bag

Step 3: Your registration will be added to the Character Visit and VIP Entry Bag list.

Step 4: Arrive to the event during your assigned time (depending on your entry time) the day of the event / your name will be checked off the list for entry. You can do the entire event walking in our 1 way "magical path" : ). Please wear a mask.

Step 5: Have fun!

Note: please wear a mask during the entire event. The event is setup to start on one the parking lot and will wind it's way on a set course through the theatres parking lot. A nice walkthru event. Thanks!

We will have masks available for purchase at the event at 2 for $1 and hand sanitizer bottles for $1. We are here to have fun and provide as safe experience for you or your family!
