Do you love Sours? Do you love Cheese? Then you absolutely want to be at Hopcat for this event! We will have a brewer in from Upland for a sour beer school and cheese pairing for each sour!
Opening Sour – Prim – 6% - Wine BA Sour w/ Plum & Cardamom
Cursed Kettles (Prairie Collab) – 6.3% - Oak BA Sour w/ Figs & Cherries
Paired Cheese – Sofia, a surface ripened cheese with ash
Iridescent – 6% - Blonde Sour w/ Ginger & Apricot
Paired Cheese – Wasabi chevre, a fresh cheese with wasabi added
Revive – 6% - Wine BA Sour w/ Pineapple & Chamomile
Paired Cheese – Julianna, an aged cheese with herbs de Provence
Peach – 6% - Oak BA Sour w/ Peaches
Paired Sauce – Mont St. Francis, a beer washed aged cheese
