Event description

Does this describe your home?

  • Hot in the summer? Cold in the winter?

  • Some rooms hotter/colder than others?

  • Low indoor air quality aggravating health issues?

  • Utility bills need managing?

If you answered "Yes!" to any of those, your home could use a "Performance" upgrade.

A "High Performing Home" is:

  • Comfortable

  • Healthy & safe

  • Durable

  • Efficient

Attend this homeowner workshop to:

  • Meet a homeowner whose home got a "Performance Upgrade" by a "Building Performance" contractor.

  • Meet "Building Performance" contractors who are trained and certified in "Home Performance" upgrades.

  • Learn about incentives like rebates, financing and other resources to help you get energy efficiency upgrades like insulation, draft sealing and new heating/cooling equipment (air conditioner, furnace, heat pump, and ducts).

We look forward to meeting you and helping you get the information you need to make smarter home upgrade decisions.

  • Please be advised that only water is allowed in the Council Chambers.

  • Stay to the end of the presentation for an opportunity to win Smart Power Strips and Smart Light Bulbs!
