UPGRADE is designed to do just that.. upgrade your systems. Jean Lee has studied with some of the finest minds in Ayurveda, Yoga, and Psychology and wants to teach YOU. Attend one or more UPGRADE day workshops and watch new habits replace the old with amazing RESULTS. We will start and end each day with a yoga class; energetic in the AM, restorative in the PM with time tested lessons in between. An Ayurvedic Lunch will be provided. We will be results driven!
