Entrepreneurs will learn best practices for: designing organizational charts, conducting performance reviews, leading effective meetings, resolving interpersonal conflicts, parting ways with underperforming employees, and researching important legal considerations.
CEO Job Description + Psychology: What does being a CEO really mean? What is the CEO in charge of doing, and more importantly NOT doing? How can the CEO be an inspiration to his/her team? This workshop will walk entrepreneurs through the Job Description of a CEO. But more importantly, this workshop will tackle one of the toughest aspect of being CEO: managing one’s own mindset. We’ll discuss the difficulties of being CEO, what to expect, and how to prepare for the hurdles of being at the helm of an early-stage company and beyond.
