How can news literacy be developed and implemented worldwide so that it prevails over the challenging #fakenews phenomenon?
It is these types of questions that the Panel Discussion will discuss as part of the second installment of a series of panels on Media and Information Literacy organized by the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations at UN Headquarters. This session will focus on how individuals can acquire news literacy skills in order to digest the overload of information in the complex digital age that encompasses contemporary societies.
