About this Event

Studies have shown mindfulness and meditation to be beneficial for lowering blood pressure, reducing muscle tension and tightness, improving heart rate, your ability to ward off illness and infections, reducing stress and anxiety and more.

Anyone can meditate! It’s easy to learn and is highly beneficial whether you meditate in short or long amounts of time.

Like learning a sport, meditation and mindfulness are techniques that need to be practiced to receive the most benefit. Whether you are a beginner or you have been practicing for years, this class offers the opportunity to rest, restore, quiet your mind, relax your body, and learn quick and simple ways to destress in 10 minutes or less!

When people meditate together, something special happens. The power of individuals connecting for a shared purpose of doing something good, relaxing, and restorative, enhances the energy of the meditation and experience.
