We're intentionally capping this event at 15 participants. Registration for spots will be first-come, first-served. We ask that you please honor our request of no group bookings larger than 3 at this time. If you’re interested in organizing a future session for your own group or community, we’d love to talk. Please reach out directly, and we can explore what’s possible.

This is a community-centered gathering for those needing a moment to unplug, from screens, stress, and survival mode, and reconnect with themselves and each other.

Hosted at Space to Thrive right outside of Statesboro, GA, this event blends creativity and mindfulness in a setting surrounded by nature.

What to expect:

✿ Gentle yoga + guided meditation (accessible and beginner-friendly)

✿ Open-ended art-making (no skills needed!)

✿ Leave an affirmation, take an affirmation board

✿ Nature, grounding, and quiet connection

✿ Space to be seen in real, grounded conversation

Come as you are. Dress comfy. Stay for a little or a while.

We believe rest is radical, there is softness is strength, and community care is how we move forward.

Free to attend | All supplies provided | RSVP required

If you're in a place to give back, financially, energetically, or creatively, love offerings will be welcomed with deep gratitude. If not, your presence is more than enough.

A space will be set up ahead of the event and clearly marked upon entry for donations.

Event Note:

Unplug + Unwind is a labor of love, offered in the spirit of community and care. This event is offered freely and open to all identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences. We center kindness, vulnerability, and community care.

That said, please read carefully:

This gathering may include conversations or reflections that touch on mature, trauma-sensitive, or emotionally charged topics, such as grief, identity, burnout, and fear around current events. We trust you to use your own best judgment in deciding whether this space feels right for you or those you may bring.

We are creating a space that actively affirms and protects LGBTQ+ folks, people of color, neurodivergent folks, survivors, and anyone feeling unsafe or unseen in the current social climate.

While this event is open to all, it is not for everyone. Aggressive, dismissive, or bigoted behavior will not be tolerated. We ask that all participants bring emotional maturity, self-awareness, and a willingness to co-create a space of mutual respect and safety.

Small humans are beautiful and welcome in many spaces, but this event may not be appropriate for very young children or those not yet equipped to handle sensitive emotional conversations.
