February 5, 12, 19, & 26, 2019: 7.00PM - 8.30PM
Join us for this 4-week program in February. This workshop will provide the opportunity to relax and unwind as well as the space to meditate and reconnect with what matters most. We will explore a variety of meditation techniques and learn how to implement mindfulness in our lives.
Through numerous scientific studies, there is ample evidence of the benefits of mindfulness and meditation. Many leading Silicon Valley companies such as Google, Apple, and Salesforce are now offering classes and workshops in these powerful teachings to their employees.
Mindfulness and meditation are very efficient in bringing calm and clarity to the pressures of daily life. With regular and consistent practice you can create a safe place for self-discovery and learn to cope more effectively with stress.

What is the size of the class?
You will have the benefit of learning in a small group (maximum 10 participants). This will allow us to be flexible as needed and to address individual questions in detail.
Is there parking?
There are usually two parking spots behind the house and plenty on-street parking.
What should I wear to the workshop?
Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable.

Purchases for our classes are final. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds. If possible, we will be happy to accommodate you in an equivalent future class.
