Event description

Description

Unnatural Causes is an acclaimed documentary series broadcast by PBS; now used by thousands of organizations around the country to tackle the root causes of socio-economic and racial inequities in health.

The four-hour series of seven films crisscrosses the nation, uncovering startling new findings that suggest there is much more to our health than bad habits, healthcare, or unlucky genes. The social circumstances in which we are born, live, and work can impact our health.

Join Kohl's Mindful Me, The Faithful City, AZ PBS, and ASU's Center for Child Well-Being on April 24, as we unpack and explore the many ways our health outcomes are affected by environmental factors.

We have split this four-hour series into 3 screenings, each screening will be followed by a discussion.
