Unlocking Your Problem-Solving Potential: A Guide to Critical Thinking at Work

To help individuals advance their careers, Career Foundation, in partnership with Lighthouse Labs, is excited to offer transformative essential skills training courses on Developing your interpersonal skills and learning how to communicate clearly and concisely with essential skills training on communication and public speaking.

This training is available at no cost to eligible applicants thanks to the ICT Boost initiative - a program funded in part by the Government of Canada’s Sectoral Workforce Solutions Program (SWSP).

Eligible participants must be:

  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • Currently residing in Canada
  • A Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident or a person who has been granted refugee status in Canada
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada (According to the relevant provincial and federal legislation and regulations)

Our Critical Thinking course develops the essential skill of "thinking" in a practical learning environment that simulates real-world workplace scenarios. You will become versed in understanding, analyzing, applying, and evaluating complex scenarios to create reports and workplace solutions. These skills are highly sought-after by managers and essential for success in any role.
