Unlocking the Tri-State Region: Foreign Direct Investment Symposium
Fri, March 31, 2017, 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM EDT
The City of Cincinnati Department of Community and Economic Development, in partnership with Regional Economic Development Initiative (REDI) Cincinnati, is leading the charge to host a one-day event that brings a pressing topic to light. Unlocking the Tri-State Region: Foreign Direct Investment Symposium will be held on March 31.
The event will concentrate on foreign direct investment strategy as it relates to capital flows into infrastructure and real estate, and manufacturing, trade and workforce. OCO Global Chief Executive Officer Mark O’Connell will travel from the United Kingdom to participate as keynote speaker.
Other panelists include executives from:
City of Cincinnati Mayor John Cranley and City Manager Harry Black will also provide remarks at the event, supporting the City’s commitment to developing a robust foreign direct investment strategy.
Our goal is to build an advanced understanding of foreign direct investment, and to explore the modes through which foreign capital flows into the region.
The event is made possible through support from major partners REDI Cincinnati and the University of Cincinnati, as well as the following sponsors: Frost Brown Todd LLC; PNC Bank; Bannockburn Global Forex, LLC; MCM CPAs and Advisors; Ernst & Young; Greater Cincinnati Foreign Trade Zone, Inc.; and, the UC Carl H. Lindner College of Business.
