Unlocking the Mysteries of Volunteer Retention
Event Information
Description
Retention is the end result of a well-organized, welcoming, and meaningful volunteer assignment -- the cumulative effect of doing all the elements of volunteer management effectively.
How can we adjust are thinking to focus on volunteer retention? Volunteer managers put a lot of time into recruitment, but turnover will decrease if the same amount of energy is put into retention. This meeting will focus on finding real solutions to the biggest struggles with retention. We will go over the main topics and have roundtable discussions that are solutions based.
