• May 1st 9am–4pm - Getting connected to your Vision Vitals

• May 15th: 9am–4 pm  - Cultivating a culture of success.
• May 22nd: 9am–12 pm - Getting Lovesick about Leadership 
• May 30th: 9am–4 pm - Trusting Top Talent
• June 5th: 9am–12pm - Design to Delight - Journey mapping your customer experience 
• June 12th: Field Trip 12-4pm - Learn best practices from CX industry leaders. 
• June 19th: 9am–12pm - Sales and Service Synergy
• June 26th 9am– 4 pm - Coaching for confidence

Early Bird  available until March 31st:  $2997 + HST 

Group Pricing, valid on groups of 2 or more: $3497 +HST

General admission pricing: $3697 +HST 

PLEASE NOTE: Up to 80% could be funded through the Canada-Ontario Job Grant - Ask us how!
(requires a commitment to the program and successful completion)

*Please note, attendees must be present for 80% of scheduled courses to receive a certificate.
