Want the scoop on what's new in Unity 5? Want to learn how to make a game using Unity 5? Or do you already have a game made with Unity and want to expand your reach by porting it to Windows & Windows Phone? Join Unity and Microsoft experts at the Unity 5 Roadshow to receive FREE hands-on help at the full day track that fits your needs. Lunch, coffee, and tea will be provided by Microsoft to keep you fueled.

Schedule:
8:30 - 9:30am: Registration
9:30 - 11:30am: Welcome & Unity 5 Overview + Services
11:30 - 12:30pm: Break out into & begin separate tracks
12:30 - 1:30pm: Break for lunch
1:30 - 5:00pm: Track 1 - Finish creating your game
1:30 - 5:00pm: Track 2 - Finish porting your game
5:00 - 6:00pm: Track 2 - Devs demo their newly ported game to the audience (Track 1 attendees welcome)
Track 1 - Unity Workshop for beginners: SOLD OUT
Who: Anyone interested in learning how to use Unity’s rich, interactive content to create games.
What: Learn to create a 3D game from start to finish using Unity 5 in this full day hands-on workshop taught by Unity Evangelist Mark Schoennagel
What to bring:
- Laptop & power cord. *Mac users must be running on OS 10.6.5 or higher in order to use Unity 5*; you will receive a Unity 5 Pro beta trial key and download link at the event.
- Mouse (optional—but highly recommended esp. for Windows laptops)
- Your printed or mobile ticket for entry
Track 2 - Windows Porting Lab: LIMITED SPOTS, REGISTER SOON
Who: Anyone with a game made with Unity wanting to reach a bigger fan base!
What: Receive expert hands-on help learning how to smoothly port your game to Windows phones, tablets, and PCs. All developers who successfully port an app during the porting lab will be awarded a Windows Phone and be invited to demo their app to the audience.
What to bring:
- Your printed or mobile ticket for entry and
- A PC (& power cord!) running Windows 8 or 8.1 with Visual Studio 2012 or 2013 and Unity 4.5.1+ installed (Download the latest version of Unity here)
