Scott Tanner, Former CEO of Bank of Melbourne, currently a company Director


Scott Tanner is an experienced Chief Executive, Chairman and Company Director.

He is Managing Director of SMT Advisory Services, a Corporate Advisory business which he founded in 2018.

Scott is the current Chairman of Committee for Melbourne having been appointed in February 2014. Committee for Melbourne is a member organisation founded in 1985 that contributes policy suggestions to government and helps drive initiatives to ensure that Melbourne continues to be a great place to live and to do business.


Dorothy Hisgrove is a PWC Partner & Chief People Officer. As an executive & director Dorothy has held numerous senior leadership positions across a diverse range of sectors focusing on growth & transformation in complex & large businesses. Dorothy’s recent roles are General Manager People, Customer & Community with the AFL, General Manager Culture & Communications at Australia Post & General Manager People Engagement & Change at National Bank Australia. Dorothy holds a Bachelor of Business with a major in Marketing and Post Graduate qualifications in Marketing. She is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Director of Golf Victoria and a Director of Teach for Australia.


Brendon Gale is the Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director of Richmond Football Club. Prior to entering the business world Brendon played 244 games of AFL with RFC from 1990-2001. Upon retirement Brendon practiced Law in the banking and finance services. In 2005 Brendon was appointed CEO of the AFL Players Association. In 2009 Brendon then made the move to CEO of RFC now leading a diverse team of over 150 people. Brendon holds a number of directorships and also served on the Board of the Victorian Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission from 2009-2013.
