Description

Tonight's listening session will focus on the Benny Goodman recordings comprise almost half of the Savory Collection. The famous Goodman small groups included Lionel Hampton, Teddy Wilson, Gene Krupa, Dave Tough, Charlie Christian, Cootie Williams, and many other giants of jazz. Not to be outdone, Goodman's big band also highlighted Harry James, Bud Freeman, Billy Butterfield as well.
