Speaker: Martin Locke, Adjunct Professor, UNSW

Adjunct Professor, UNSW- Martin Locke is an infrastructure financing specialist. Martin is a retired Partner of PwC having lead Infrastructure Advisory practice in Sydney over the period 2001-2014, after 23 years in investment banking with Deutsche Morgan Grenfell. He has provide financial and commercial advice on large infrastructure projects including PPPs. As well as advise on all aspects of the project life cycle from feasibility/business case, through to procurement, financing and financial close. Independent consulting roles, peer reviewer, expert panels, steering committees, Board directorships.
