Event description

Description

This workshop looks to understand emotions, where they come from and how to transform them.

Using meditation and Somatic Experiencing techniques we will look at how we channel and store emotions. We will understand the psychology of an emotion and learn how emotions are derivative of the way we respond and react to the world around us. By learning more about our emotional systems, we can understand ourselves and the patterns we have developed as a means to trasnform them.

In this workshop you will be given tools to transform these emotional patterns as a means to reduce anxiety and illness, increase calm and happiness and become the best version of yourself. As we can shift deeper into love, groundedness and clarity we will become a model to those around us whether children, partners, or friends. This work goes beyond the individual and into the spirit of the community. This workshop is open to all.
