About this event
This Talk:
Let's learn about ourselves. Why do we react to things the way we do? Why do certain things trigger us? Why does some behavior feel defiant? Why do we shut down and other times rise up? When do we feel shame or worthlessness? How can we heal trauma and childhood wounds to show up as better parents, parnters, and more whole people?
