How can we partner and propel more ambitious women forward? Authors Lee Caraher, Lisen Stromberg and Noni Allwood have done scores of research on Millennials in the workplace, and we want your input on the implications. We will use new technology, speed mentoring activities, and interactive pop up panels featuring YOU to bridge this gap and move all of us forward.
Millennials bring more to the table than tech savvy and selfies. Highly educated and rapidly entering the workforce, Millennial women are more confident in the workplace than any generation of women before her. According to a PwC study, young millennial women highly prioritize diversity, career advancement, a feedback culture, and international mobility. But there is a lot of work to do! As women approach senior levels they are not being promoted and are still experiencing great dissatisfaction.
