Description

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP SERIES

This workshop series is for feminist founders and enterprise leaders or all genders looking to align their enterprise design and operational practices with feminist values and in ways that advances social justice.

All are welcome but content assumes you have a serious enterprise/project idea and/or have already launched an enterprise of some kind (for profit, nonprofit, coop, side hustle, etc). Entrepreneurship business coaches and/or accelerator/incubator program leaders will also be interested.

Due to space, we have to limit class to 15 participants.

The series is fast-paced and offers 18 key practices and transformative ideas that you will be excited to leverage in your work as a changemaker. We have paced the workshops to run every two weeks to allow eveyone time in between to work with the ideas. The format is think, do and "hey, let's share ideas, thoughts and ideas--and have some fun getting to know each other" oriented.

Printed workbook & other materials included. Light snacks and refreshments provided. Space is accessible.

WorkShop Dates/Overviews:

Wednesday evenings, 7:00-9:30PM, on Sept 25th, October 9th, October 23rd, November 6th, November 27th, December 4th. We encourage you to sign up the full six session package. We are making drop in session opportunities available at $75/session but limiting them to two drop tickets per session as the series works best as if taken as a whole..

#1: SEPTEMBER 25: Introduction to Feminist Leadership, Business Practice and the Feminist Business Model Canvas

#2: OCTOBER 7: Enterprise Ecosystems: Mapping, Alignment, and Triple Plays

#3: OCTOBER 23: Feminist Finance: Funding, Bootstrapping 101, Crowdsourcing

#4: NOVEMBER 6: Feminist Governance Practices

#5: NOVEMBER 27: Feminist Marketing & Communications Practice

# 6: DECEMBER 4: 18 KEY IDEAS, Feminist Economy & Graduation!

* We will be bringing in expert speakers on Zoom or in person to join us at each session.

All registrants will receive complimentary pass to LiisBeth's new Feminist Enterprise Commons (Value: $25/month). Workbook, worksheets, and copy of Feminism: A Key Idea for Business by CV Harquail is included in the full series pass.

Additional Private One on One Coaching between sessions on any topic is available at $50/hour (regular rates are $75). Ok so, this is not a money grab. :-) Doing a good job requires preparation, and often involves reviewing work done etc. And it would be impossible to offer coaching at no charge to all participants--given this is how we make our living! All of our guest experts are very happy to offer additional support! And not all will charge. But some will.

Our workshop space will be safe, inclusive and respectful. This is a social learning environment and we encourage curiosity, discourse and respectful debate which advances collective understanding.
