About this event
On March 11, the EB-5 Regional Center program was restarted and is now alive and well. This webinar will go over the EB-5 rules and regulations for both regional centers and direct EB-5 investment. The webinar will also discuss the practical considerations of moving from an E-2 or other nonimmigrant visa to an EB-5 green card. Finally, the webinar will review the EB-5 green card process, timing, and other considerations.
