Description

Understanding Dyslexia is designed to educate participants in the origin, characteristics, remediation and accommodations for the neurobiological disability known as Dyslexia. This is the most common reading disability found in the classroom.

Presenter: Brenda Fitzgerald, Ed.S., is a Curriculum Specialist whose area of expertise is reading and any disability that interferes with that process.

This Outreach Event will be held in the Commons Room at Galloway School (www.gallowayschool.org) in Atlanta, GA. The event is free and open to the public. Please register to reserve your spot.

International Dyslexia Association - Georgia Branch (IDA-GA) is a non-profit, scientific, and educational organization formed to increase public awareness of dyslexia.
