In-Person Workshop
This workshop will explore how culture influences different communication styles, which can often lead to misunderstanding and conflict, as well as how culture influences how we experience, engage with, and resolve conflict. We will examine different intercultural communication and conflict styles and learn new strategies for communication and managing conflict in the workplace, including building healthy relationships, trust, accountability, and feedback processes.

This in-person workshop will not be recorded; please plan to be on-site for the day. Registration includes the training and all handout materials, as well as lunch. Lodging is available on-site for those who need it, but we do not have a room block or group rate for this event.
