About this event

Pain is a global health problem. One in five people suffer with pain every year. One in ten experience chronic pain every year. The annual costs of treating pain are greater than the costs of treating cancer, heart disease and diabetes combined. 43% of Americans receiving massage reported they did so for health conditions such as pain management, injury rehabilitation, migraine control or overall wellness. 88% of consumers agree that massage can be effective in reducing pain.

You will receive 3 CEs for attending this course. It meets the Michigan LMT requirement of at least 1 CE Pain and Symptom Management.

Please register using your name as it appears on your Michigan Massage License. We will contact you to confirm and to obtain your Massage License number for recordkeeping (if we do not already have it on file).

If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours after registering, check your spam file. If it's not there, contact us immediately so we can check the roster.

You will receive an email from our special Event account: amta.mi.event@gmail.com with the Zoom link to the class.

Please use this to sign in and not any other links you may find.

You will also receive reminders and the handout prior to class.
