Learn about breakthroughs in research on brain development and the impact of traumas on health and social skills, leading to innovative and effective "trauma - informed" approaches in healthcare, education, human services, public safety and workforce development.

The Southern Oregon ACEs Training Team offers a training presentation on the Adverse Childhood Experiences study (ACEs) and how an understanding of the science behind brain development can transform schools, workplaces and communities.

Open to the public and especially welcoming health and mental healthcare providers, educators, child development and social services support and law enforcement.

(2) PSU and (2) CME and (2) ORO credits offered.
