Underground Sunset Dinner

Join us for an intimate five course dinner at The Shoreline Restaurant.

This season we are collaborating with our family restaurant, The Shoreline, located at the northernmost point of the Door peninsula in Gills Rock.

Elevate your senses, enjoy the incredible panoramic water views from every window, soak up the setting sun and noteworthy starlit night skies.

The dinner will be a farm & forest to table five course feast featuring locally grown and foraged organic ingredients sourced from primarily Door County & Wisconsin cultivators. 

Dinner menus change for each dinner as we focus on seasonal ingredients. Menus will be emailed to you within one week of your selected dinner date.  See our DCU image library for previous dinner menus and to salivate over some visual tastiness.

All beverages are sold separately, a full bar and curated wine and beer list will be available on site.

This is not a BYOB event.

We offer two seating times to accommodate more guests while maintaining the intimacy of our small group gatherings. Please note which seating time slot you are choosing to attend: 5pm or 7:45pm*

*Note if planning to dine with others but buying tickets separately.

FAQs

The restaurant is entirely to code for Handicap Accessibility.

There is a circle drive in front of the restaurant entrance to drop off guests before parking if needed for guests with limited mobility.

Are there minimum age requirements to enter the event?

This is a limited seating event, all tickets are priced equally. 

Everyone is welcome.  There are no age restrictions or requirements.  

Wisconsin alcohol laws apply.

Where is parking?

There is a parking lot in front of the entrance to the restaurant.

As well there is overflow parking in the grass lot to the right of the building. Look for signs to guide you, turn Right into the gravel entrance before the little yellow cottage gallery shop.

Parking directions will be sent via email with your reservation confirmation. Your preferred Maps App should direct you accurately to the address.

The restaurant is located next to Charlie’s Smokehouse and the non-car ferry dock to Washington island.

Are drinks included?

Full Bar, Beer & Wine are available on site, sa well as n/a options, all beverages sold separately.  Drinks are not included in your dinner ticket price.
