We at Du Jour Dining are thrilled to offer up our next signature nine-course seven-wine internationally inspired locally driven modern cuisine underground dinner in the town of Sonoma. Sorry for the short notice, but the dinner will be on Saturday night January 25th at 7:00.
We have some new and exciting tools with which to work our magic including a combi oven and a smoke gun. We also have some fun new serving pieces on which to present our new creations. We have been experimenting for the past month and a half and are excited to showcase nine new courses (the proposed menu follows).
