Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
No, for security measure at the consulate it is imperative that we have correct identity information for the individuals coming into the consulate.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes, you can go into your account and change registration information after the intial sign-up should you need to change anything.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, it will help security to identify that your are a legitamite attendee of the general session.
Your name will be on a sign in list that will be checked against for that particular date. No name on list means no entry. So if an upcoming session (e.g. Jan) is full and your sign up for the following month (e.g. Feb), and try to enter the former (e.g. Jan) you will not be alllowed in.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
No, it is very important for the names to be correct to meet consulate security measures.
Is there a certain cut-off time we will not be allowed into the event?
Yes, attendees will not be allowed in after 30 mins from start time as pertinent information will not have been heard, which is a prequiste for further advising.
