Event description

Description

As Catholics, we strive for intimacy with God. This formation session, focussed on theological reflection, is an invitation to learn about the practical methods of encountering Christ by the means of Sacred Scripture, human experience, and Catholic Tradition.

Patty Chase, Regional Coordinator for the Office of Evangelization Catechesis for the AOD, will present the various practices and techniques used to deepening one’s faith, by the means of theological reflection. Please join us for this special opportunity to grow closer to God!

A continental breakfast will be served at 8:30am, and the presentation will begin at 9:00am.

Formation days for undergraduate students in the Basic Diploma of Catholic Theology, Basic Diploma in Music Ministry, Associate of Arts (A.A.M.), and Bachelor of Arts (A.B.) in Pastoral Theology programs are held on Saturdays throughout the academic year. Students in these programs are required to attend all three sessions at least once during their matriculation in these degree programs.

This event is open to enrolled lay students.
