Some will say it is a match made in heaven. Seafood, summer and wine! We will be sourcing seafood from around WA and using this as inspiration for each of the courses.
We will also be combining this night with wines from some of the best boutique cellar doors in Australia. You will be walmely welcomed with a sparking wine as you mingle and enjoy the live music and freshly shucked oysters (by Carl at Thee Shuckers).
As you then make your way to the table, there will be three courses of delicious food specially designed by our chef, Simon.
Due to the style of the event, we will be unable to cater in this event for dietary requirements except for vegetarian.
