GENERAL DETAILS

This is a backyard show where local artists will perform 15-20 min sets under a beautiful pine tree in Burbank, CA. The entire event will take place outdoors so dress warm, bring blankets/chairs, some snacks/drinks, and a friend to enjoy this with.

• Address: You can find this in your confirmation email upon purchase.
• Gate Entrance: Located on the side of the house off of Morgan Street. Show ticket confirmation at the gate for entry.
• Parking: There is plenty of free street parking in the neighborhood.
• Food & Drinks: Some free snacks and waters will be provided but you're welcome to BYOB and food as well!
• Music: Each artist will be performing a 15-20 minute set. Arrive on time to get a good seat and catch the full show.
• Seating: Bring a blanket or chair. Seating will be on a first come first serve basis.
• No refunds.

HOUSE RULES

• Stay outside. No one is allowed to enter the house unless given permission.
• All ages welcome. All minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Quiet please. We ask everyone, including children, to please be silent during all performances. Except, of course... if you're cheering them on.
• Please be respectful. This is a place of residence so please be respectful of the property and neighbors.
• If any house rules are broken, you may be asked to leave without a refund. 🙃
