In today’s workplace, women are underrepresented in many key fields and positions. For example, women hold just 15% of corporate office positions and make up only 2.2% of Fortune 500 CEOs, while an astounding 52% of female talent drops out of technical careers between the ages of 35 and 40.
This class will examine why this is the case, what you can to do to help reverse this trend, and how you can ensure you are on the right trajectory for professional success.
In this workshop, you will learn:
· Why gender diversity is important for your organization and its bottom line
· Unique challenges women face in the workplace today
· Practical solutions for attracting, retaining, and promoting women
· How to develop an authentic, influential and effective leadership style
· How you can reach your career aspirations by aiming high, working smart and embracing uncertainty
As in all pariSoma classes, snacks and beverages will be provided
