The Chancellor’s Arts Initiative would like to invite representatives from arts and culture-oriented student groups to participate in a brainstorming session in which we will discuss how to integrate art and life on UNC’s campus. We want your ideas on how to fluidly connect student involvement, arts accessibility, and the Chapel Hill community.
Specifically, we are developing a UNC mobile arts application and want your feedback to make this a useful tool for your student groups to find information and promote your events. This app will provide a digital location through which students and the community can learn about performances, exhibitions, workshops, lectures, etc., and we want you to use this mobile app to share your events with a broad audience.
The Chancellor’s Arts Initiative is hosting a brainstorming session to gather information concerning how this app should function, reach diverse members of the student body, and best meet the needs of your organization.
These brainstorming sessions will last one hour and be held in the Anne Queen Lounge of the Campus Y. There will be pizza and engaging discussion among UNC student representatives of art and culture.
Please RSVP for one of two dates and encourage other members of your student groups to attend as well. We look forward to seeing you there!
