Description

London’s best selling ultimate boxing challenge has everything you need to shed incredible weight and achieve outstanding results.

The 8-week Unbreakable course is excruciatingly tough. Mentally and physically, you and your team will need to be fully prepared for the grind ahead. Without grit, determination and heart, you won’t make it past week 2.

No times to beat or people to compete with, just expert coaching from Europe’s best trainers.

Core Training Dates:

16th of January 2018 – 1-hour sessions three times per week (Dates subject to change)

  • Tuesday - 7PM
  • Wednesday - 8PM
  • Friday - 7PM

Bonus Sessions:

  • Monday – 6PM – Boxing
  • Monday – 8PM – Conditioning
  • Tuesday – 6PM – Conditioning
  • Thursday – 10AM – Boxing (ladies only)
  • Thursday – 7PM – Conditioning
  • Saturday – 3PM – Boxing
  • Sunday – 11AM – Conditioning
  • Sunday – 12PM – Boxing

Training Plan

Week 1 – 3 = The Basics

  • Setting personal training goals
  • Standing in boxing stances
  • Throwing straight and curved punches
  • Shadow boxing
  • Throwing body punches
  • Avoid punches with lateral moment and footwork
  • Using heavy bags and speed balls
  • Throwing punches in combinations

Week 4 – 6 = Strength & Conditioning

  • Kettlebells, dumbbells and weights station
  • Footwork and ladder drills
  • Resistance bands
  • Battle ropes
  • Medicine ball and slam ball drills
  • Cardio and interval training
  • Body weight training including dipping and chin-ups

Week 6 – 8 = Fight Ready

  • Ringcraft, fight strategy and boxing philosophy
  • Low contact sparring
  • Using the ring
  • Defence, balance and awareness
  • Manage your energy and efficiency in movement
  • Coordinating footwork with punching and defence
  • Mixing punching with defense combination
  • Feinting and set up combinations
