Cheese and Charcuterie (Signature Winetail)

Seared Sea Scallops
served with a medley of local squash, smoked pepitas and brown butter sage sauce (Moscato)

Potato Gnocchi in a Parmesan Cream Sauce
served with crispy house-made pancetta (Chardonnay)

Watermelon Sorbet (intermezzo)

Grilled Chicken Breast
served with celery root puree, braised celery, apple-celery slaw and chicken jus (Shiraz)

*Planned and prepared by Chef Ky-wai Wong, the Tri-C banquet class, Nicole Meadows and the Tri-C event planning workshop class. Chef Wong has an extensive background in fine dining that includes experience as a sous-chef at Classics Restaurant (AAA Five Diamonds), chef de cuisine at Dante and chef de cuisine at Lucky's Cafe. Ms. Meadows has a vast event planning and tourism background having worked at The Cleveland Museum of Art, Pinehurst Resort and multiple country clubs.
