About this event
The 2021 UN Food Systems Summit presents an historic opportunity to fix our broken food systems. The world needs a food system that delivers healthy, safe and nutritious foods to everybody, everywhere; and ensures a decent income for farmers and food workers, tackles climate change, and protects nature.
For the shift to become reality, we need to bring the voice of every stakeholder to the Summit.
This event is organized in support of the Summit’s Action Track 2 (AT2) - shift to sustainable consumption patterns. We seek game-changing solutions to realize a shift to sustainably produced food, strengthen local value chains and improve nutrition (especially amongst the most vulnerable), and reuse and recycle food resources so that we can half food waste.
The AT2 has organized its work into Food Environments, Food Demand, and Food Waste.

Now, we want you to help us shape our next steps. We welcome you to join our Public Forum and share your thoughts on these three questions:
• What should we focus on in AT2?
• What do you want AT2 and the Summit to achieve?
• What is the best way of engaging with you as AT2 moves forward?
