Event description

Description

The Kent Chaplaincy is launching a series of networking events, with the aim of contributing to and supporting university initiated interventions to help improve the attainment levels of black students and bridge or reduce the gap that currently exists between white and BME students.

We will have a panel of students, academics and staff who will share their experience of higher education in the UK and provide insight on how they made adjustments in order to enhance their chances of success. We will have staff from the student success project to present on the support available to students at the university.

Student societies will also have an opportunity to promote upcoming events and programs that seek to enhance student experience and success at the university during this event.

The event will be held in Woolf Lecture Theatre, with refreshments and opportunities to network in Woolf Foyer, until 21:00pm!

Make every effort to be there!
