Chemical Engineers and Materials Scientists use their knowledge to solve many of today's pressing challenges, including development of novel pharmaceutical formulations, coatings for self-cleaning, and energy-efficient processing and manufacturing. Participants in this camp will conduct a hands-on project associated with the materials and the processes in manufacturing pharmaceutical products. Participants will explore various concepts of Chemical Engineering and Materials Science, with the opportunity to interact with multiple faculty members and engineering students at the University of Kentucky.

The Chemical & Materials Engineering Camp will be held from June 15-17, 2021 from 9:00am to 4:00pm each day. Participants should be juniors or seniors in high school in fall 2021. It is limited to no more than 12 participants, so register today!

The fee to attend this camp is only $75.00. Camp agenda and other details will be updated here and sent to registrants as the camp approaches.
