Academic WorldQuest is a program sponsored by ICWA in which local high school students in teams of four compete to answer questions on current events and international events.
The winners of the local competition are sponsored by ICWA to go to the national competition in Washington, D.C. They will also spend the weekend enjoying activities in our nation’s capital. ICWA pays the majority of transportation and lodging expenses for the winning team and their coach to represent our council in Washington. The 20167Academic WorldQuest National Competition will take place Saturday, April 29, 2017.
ICWA is partnering with the University of Indianapolis International Relations Program (Department of History and Political Science), which is hosting the Academic WorldQuest 2017. This is an exciting opportunity for your students to learn more about international issues, and we invite you to send a team of four students to our local competition:
Saturday, February 25, 2017, 11:30 a.m.–4 p.m. University of Indianapolis, Health Pavilion 407-408, 1400 East Hanna Avenue Indianapolis IN 46227
