9:15 AM Unstructured cooking of chicken breast using “google” instructions 

10:00 AM Food safety and endpoint cookery 

11:00AM Meat selection and grading 

12:00 PM Lunch- Featuring different cuts

1:00 PM Spices and marinades

2:00 PM Cookery 

3:00 PM Myth busting and open discussion on issues in animal agriculture 

4:00 PM Final Project. Integrate learned knowledge to prepare a steak.

5:00 PM Dinner, voting, awards presentation, and wrap-up
