10:00 AM Food safety and endpoint cookery

12:00 PM Lunch- Featuring different cuts

2:00 PM Cookery 

3:00 PM Myth busting and open discussion on issues in animal agriculture 

4:00 PM Final Project. Integrate learned knowledge to prepare a steak.
