On the heels of Process Palooza comes a data gathering event like none other... the UCSD FIS Baseline 2 Baseline event! Register and join Fund Managers and Research Administrators from across the entire campus as you help uncover the data, and reveal the facts, that can improve the FIS experience for all.

In this celebratory, playoff basketball themed atmosphere, you will sit down with Lean Six Sigma experts from OSI (UCSD Operational Strategic Initiatives) to share with us the current state of department work to inform more effective training, KBA updates or reinforcement, and target FIS-related process improvement efforts.

Fund Managers/Research Administrators - For each process observation you share with us, you will be entered to win from a large pool of extravagant prizes (Green Belt scholarship - a $2,595 value!, gift cards, LSS books, lunch with UCSD leaders, and other fun prizes!)

Department Leaders - Encourage your FM and RA staff to join and you can win a FREE strategic retreat or a Department Yellow Belt training for up to 45 of your staff! All at NO COST to your department!

Register here at EventBrite and let us know when you're coming! The event will be located on the 3rd Floor of the TPCS Building in the ITS Training Room (ACROSS FROM THE HIVE!).
