Andy Steiger
Speaking on: Human Identity & Why It Matters
Bio:
Andy Steiger is the founder and president of Apologetics Canada. He is currently working on a new video series, Branded: Rethinking Identity, that addresses our personal, communal, and spiritual identity. He is also the author of Reclaimed: How Jesus Restores Our Humanity in a Dehumanized World released in 2020, which was awarded runner up to evangelistic resource of the year. This book was preceded by The Human Project video series. In 2018, The Human Project debuted at film festivals around the world and won a number of awards including Best Short Film and People's Choice. Andy also created and hosted The Thinking Series and is the author of "Thinking? Answering Life’s Five Biggest Questions". Between his 20 years of experience as a pastor and the completion of a PhD at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland, Andy brings both experience and research to his work. Andy is originally from Portland, Oregon and currently lives in Abbotsford, British Columbia with his wife, Nancy, and their two boys.

You are called to serve in a Think Tank tasked with resolving this existential crisis, the clock is ticking, and friendly fire is complicating the effort. In this interactive hour we will use role play and brainstorming group discussion to find an answer to save the world…and the clues may be closer than you think.
Bio:
Gord is married to Rita, and has 40 years in cross-cultural ministry, including 11 years served full-time in Africa. Since 2001 he has focused on the mobilization of Global Workers to UnReached peoples in Restricted Contexts. Gord’s role is primarily focused in areas of strategic development, coaching global workers as well as security & crisis management.
Gord is a graduate in the field of Architecture, is a missional business owner in Edmonton and holds an M.A. Degree in Biblical Studies.
