Description

UC Berkeley's Student Society for Stem Cell Research (SSSCR) presents its Fifth Annual Stem Cell Conference: Culturing a Stem Cell Community. This conference aims to bring together different aspects of stem cell research, from science to advocacy, to demonstrate the growth and success of the field.

This year's conference features keynotes from Dr. Bruce Conklin, senior investigator at the Gladstone Institutes and a Professor at UCSF in Medicine, and Dr. Sarah Knox, assistant professor in the Department of Cell and Tissue Biology at UCSF.

This event will be open to undergraduate and graduate students as well as the general public. Culturing a Stem Cell Community is an amazing opportunity for students, faculty, and laypersons alike to delve into the various facets of stem cell research and regenerative medicine.
