CRDN and Modernistic are pleased to offer the following courses for CE credit in Michigan:

Ethics for Insurance Professionals is a 3 hour activity-based course that meets the requirements of providng ethics instruction while also allowing the students the opportunity to learn from each other through the use of scenarios relevant to their working environment. The course covers the history of ethics, common ethical sitautions in both the sales and claims environments, and finishes with a discussion of how students can lead by ethical example. Hoarding - An Extreme Claim Situation examines hoarding and its impact on insurance claims. Students will develop the necessary skills to identify when and to what degree hoarding is occurring. In addition, students will learn how to work with a hoarder during the claims process as well as understand the savings when a professional restorer who specializes in hoarding is used.
