Twist on Thanksgiving Traditions at Aurora Cooks! 6:00 pm

How many times have you had a traditional Thanksgiving meal? Time to shake things up! Learn new ways to serve old school Thanksgiving dishes at this seasonal demo. We’ll introduce you to some fun remixes of traditional favorites, with flavors and textures you might never have thought of. These recipes will wow your guests without getting too far away from familiar holiday comfort. While you dine, host Grace will fill you in on all the hostess tricks you’ll need to get through your holiday season with ease, giving you extra time to be with your guests!

Please register in advance. Doors open and check-in will begin 10 minutes prior to the advertised start time. Classes start promptly.

Round out your visit at the 1833 Kitchen and Bar. Reservations strongly encouraged.

FINE PRINT: Please inform us of any food allergies when registering. As classes are designed for demonstration and not intended to be a meal, separate dishes will not be prepared based on preference. Classes are open to guests aged 18 years and older, and a valid photo I.D. will is required to be served alcohol. Cocktail and wine classes require that all participants be at least 21 years old. If you are unable to attend a class, you must cancel at least 24 days in advance to receive a refund, retain a credit, or transfer to another class. Without the 24 hours notice, the registration fee is non-refundable. You may, however, send someone to class in your place.
