Twin Cities: Microsoft EPM 2013 – Full Lifecycle Enterprise Project Portfolio Management
Friday, June 21, 2013 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM (CDT)
Session date/time: Friday, June 21st, 2013 noon-2pm Central time
With the release of Microsoft’s EPM 2013, a cloud-based or on-premise Enterprise Project Portfolio Management solution, Microsoft has raised the bar on deployment and access flexibility. But they have also provided a full lifecycle solution, from idea generation to project completion.
Leveraging EPM 2010’s project portfolio management strengths, 2013 provides a toolset that supports an organization’s varied and evolving project management maturity, and mines the power of the SharePoint platform, all with significantly enhanced BI capabilities to leverage the wealth of EPM data gathered throughout the full EPM lifecycle. This session will provide a full lifecycle overview and demo of Microsoft EPM 2013’s powerful solution.
Come and join us for this exciting session!
During this event, the student will learn about how Microsoft Project Server 2013 allows for full cycle portfolio and project management. Demand management, strategic drivers, business intelligence and other core project/portfolio management principles will be discussed and also demonstrated in a test environment. Also, the distinctions between cloud based and on-premises solutions will be discussed.
The session will be delivered by Dave Fischer, President & CEO and Richard Courtney, Partner of Milestone Consulting Group, a Microsoft EPM Gold Partner based in the Twin Cities.
