The Twin Cities Diversity Homeownership Fair is dedicated to increasing opportunities for sustainable homeownership through meaningful connections, education and resources for families.

This premier event is the first and largest conjoined effort amongst the diverse trade organizations in Minnesota. This event is in partnership with the Asian Real Estate Association of America-Twin Cities, National Association of Real Estate Brokers-Twin Cities, National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals-Twin Cities, and the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance of Minnesota.

Our mission is to advocate, educate, and empower the communities we serve. Together, we will create sustainable homeownership and close the racial disparity gap in Minnesota.

The Twin Cities Diversity Homeownership Fair provides financial education and resources to achieve the dream of homeownership with over 100 vendors. Registration will open at 9am and Fair will begin at 10:30am.

The FREE breakout sessions will be offered in English, Spanish, and Hmong. Learn about the home buying process, the roles of real estate professionals, and sustainable homeownership. Pre-registration preferred (registration cut off is Friday June 10th at 3pm)

Homebuyer breakout sessions offered in English, Spanish & Hmong:

• 10:30am Credit 101 & Financial Literacy
• 11:25am Find a Home + Mortgage Basics
• 12:20pm Sustainable Homeownership
• 12:20pm Credit 101 & Financial Literacy
• 1:15pm Find a Home + Mortgage Basics
• 2:10pm Sustainable Homeownership

FREE meals in our food court provided to registered attendees.

The fair provides complimentary:

FREE soccer clinics are also available for children ages 5-12 at all skill levels provided by the Sanneh Foundation. All participants will receive a t-shirt, water bottle, & cinch sack.
